I have been very frustrated in trying to reach anyone over the phone. Three times I have needed to call and talk to a nurse or doctor, I have left messages and then had to call back again before I could get any service. One of those times was a call to the after hours emergency nurse, from whom I got no return call! As a new (and first time mom) I can honestly say that their support system was very weak. The Doctors seem to be either alarmists or too passive, and don't seem to really take anything you say into account. I was very disappointed in the service there.

Love the Doctors and Staff

When my and my husband first moved to this area one of the first things we did was find a pediatrician. Every time that we have taken him to the doctor the staff have been very friendly and upbeat. My son's doctor is great with him. He very friendly with him and calms him down. My son just turn 2 and we have been using them for almost a year. The only problem I have even come across is a few long waits on the phone before I finally reach some one, but the service is GREAT!!!

Use as last resort!

When my husband was a little boy his mother took him to Pediatrics of Frankfort and since I am not from the area I decided to take my daughter there as well. I have been very disappointed with the service and professionalism at this establishment. Unless she is going to get shots I have decided to stop taking my daughter to Pediatrics of Frankfort. I had to fight and fight with them to give my daughter a prescription for Zantacs. I insisted that my daughter had acid refluxes and begged and pleaded for them to just let me try her on it. They were always against trying her on this medication. Finally, I called one afternoon and told them my daughter was miserable and was making me miserable. Then at last, wrote me a prescription. My daughter stayed on Zantac for a little over 9 months and became a different baby. Most of the time babies that are diagnosed with Colic actually have acid reflux. Something to think about! Mother’s trust your own instincts, we are usually right! A
